Information you send us

If you request an estimate, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, service area, job description, access details, and photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use estimate-request information to review the job, prepare an estimate, contact you about the request, schedule service, and provide customer service. We do not sell estimate-request information.

Estimate notifications

The estimate form uses Resend to email Junk In My Trunk when a new request arrives. Resend may process the information and uploaded photos included in the request as needed to deliver the message under its own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance, including information such as page views, referral information, browser or device information, and website performance data. Cloudflare processes analytics information under its own privacy practices.

Uploaded photos

Photos are used to understand the scope of the requested work and help prepare an estimate. Do not upload sensitive documents or images unrelated to the job.

SMS

Submitting the estimate form does not enroll you in promotional text marketing. Junk In My Trunk may call, text, or email you to respond to the service request you submitted.

Third-party links

This site links to Google for customer reviews. Google handles information under its own policies.
