Simple pricing
Know the ballpark before we arrive.
Pricing starts at $75. Your final price depends on the details of your job, and we’ll explain what affects the price before work begins.
Starting point
Pricing starts at $75.
That is the starting price for junk removal service. Your actual price is based on the job itself rather than a one-size-fits-all load chart.
What your estimate is based on
- Location and travel: Where the job is located and how far we need to travel.
- Size and volume: How much space the items take up and whether anything is unusually bulky.
- Weight: Heavy items or materials can require more labor and may cost more to dispose of.
- Access: Stairs, long carries, tight access, gates, or other obstacles can add time and labor.
- Labor and handling: Disassembly, extra manpower, or special handling can affect the estimate.
- Disposal requirements: Certain items or materials may have different disposal requirements.
Help us estimate it accurately
Send clear photos of everything you want removed and tell us where the job is located. If there are stairs, long walking distances, unusually heavy items, or anything else that could affect access, include that too.
Before we start
We’ll review the information you provide and explain the pricing. If the job is materially different when we arrive, we’ll discuss any price change with you before loading the items.
Pricing note: A $75 starting price does not mean every job will cost $75. Distance, size, weight, access, labor, and disposal requirements can all affect the final price.
